In the first year of project release, all the ROYAL tokens in the strategic reserve pool are not allowed to participate in circulation, including the strategic investment part. If it is necessary input, it needs to be voted by the community before it can be used. Starting from the second year, up to 25% of ROYAL tokens are allowed to participate in circulation each year. Additional overspending is allowed with the consent of the community vote.
